Fast Tecnologie Avanzate s.r.l. is able to offer custom made solutions thanks to over thirty years experience of its founders. The activity of our firm is strongly orientated towards customer satisfaction, mainly obtained by the quality of the service and by the punctuality of the deliveries, got with speed and offering competitive prices. 

Fast Tecnologie Avanzate has been working as a dynamic and reliable partner only on the Italian market; it is currently trying to enter the European market. 

We started offering screen printing services and then we gradually added new finishing processes. 

Currently we are able to offer the following applications:

• Liquid photoimageable solder mask;
• Hot Air Levelling, with two alloys: “lead free” and with lead;
• Electroless tin

  LIQUID PHOTOIMAGEABLE SOLDER MASK DEPARTMENT

  Surface preparation:

  •      One Occleppo Sn/Pb stripping machine

  •      One Pumiflex

  Liquid photoimageable solder mask ink application:

  •      One curtain coater and one screen printing with two pre-drying automatic ovens

  •      One automatic air pressurized spray line.

  Exposure:

  •      Two manual exposure units;

   

  Developing:

  •      Two alkaline developing machines;

   

  Final curing:

  •      Three static ovens with forced air recirculation.                                                                                                                                       

  SCREEN PRINTING DEPARTMENT

  Thanks to our equipment for the screen preparation, two horizontal semiautomatic screen machines and two static ovens with recirculating air , we are able to offer:

  • Marking;
  • Resistive paste;
  • Peelable and Plug-in via holes.

  FINAL FINISHING DEPARTMENT

  Electroless Tin :

  •  One full automatic electroless Tin Line ,Atotech Stannatech 2000

    process is being applied.

    Hot Air Leveling Line:

  •  One full automatic line, with tin-silver-copper alloy;

  •  Two micro etching and reflux application lines;

  •  One vertical manual line, with tin-lead alloy;

  •  Two washing machines.                                                                                                                                                                                           

     

    Electroless Ni-Au

  •  One automatic line, Atotech Aurotech process is being applied.                                                                                                              

    PROCESSES CONTROL LABORATORY

  • The quality of the product must be constantly checked during the whole process, so we are able to perform internally many tests and measures, and we can provide metallographic screen tests.

     

    The monitoring system is established in accordance with the special customer requirements.

     

    We have a chemical laboratory equipped with :

    • One Fischerscope X-Ray XULM-xym;
    • One Lange Spektralfotometer Cadas 200.
